Nestled on the banks of the lake Vingeanne and only 15 kms to the south of Langres and 50 kms to the north of Dijon, the residence is set in 4 hectares of greenery and consists of 60 individual or semi-detached wooden chalets situated in a private ground covering 300 m². Each chalet can accommodate 4-6 people. At your disposal on site: outdoor heated swimming pool (12 m x 8 m) with basin, beach on the lake, children’s playground, reception with lounge, a snack-bar and parking.

With direct access to the lake (plus beach and sundeck), the residence is the ideal place for all water activities : bathing, fishing, sailing… Make sure you don’t miss the discovery path around the lake with wildlife observatory.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.76 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

*Reception Opening Hours:
8.00 – 11.00 am and 4.00 – 7.00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) / 8.00 am - 12 pm and 3 - 8 pm (Saturday)
*Late Arrival (after 8 pm):
Please inform the residence or the reservations centre if you intend to arrive late.
*Key Collection:
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at reception of the residence on presentation of your accommodation voucher.
*Deposit:
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your chalet. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.
*Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (some exception exist). The hotel has the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to these conditions (after having informed the client).
